60 People 60 Strengths 60 Seconds

HOME » RESOURCES » 60 People 60 Strengths 60 Seconds

CAPP are building a Strengths Library to support the launch of the Realise2 book in April 2010 and we need YOUR help.

If you have a few minutes to spare we would love you to get comfortable, grab a camcorder and record yourself talking about your favourite strength. You don’t have to do anything fancy, just tell us about what it is like to have the strength that you have and what you are doing when you are using it.

We’ll put the best videos online in our strengths library and send you a free copy of the Realise2 book in return (you’ll also go down in history as being part of the first strengths film library).

Catalyst iconSo, to tell the world about your strength and find your place in the library, follow these guidelines:

 1. Think about and then talk about your ONE favourite strength

 2. Try and film the clip in a LOCATION that reflects your strength (if  possible!)

 3. Tell us about what you are doing and what it is like when you USE  YOUR STRENGTH

 4. Make sure the film is no longer than TWO MINUTES long as we will  be editing all films to be around 60 seconds

 5. Clearly SHOW YOUR FACE whilst you are speaking

 6. Make sure that the only person in the film is YOU!

 7. Send us your clip by the 28th February 2010.  You can use our special upload service here. Simply click the link, enter your email address, a subject and brief message, select your files and click SEND IT.

If you have any questions or need help to send in your film, please contact Emma Trenier at CAPP on 02476 323363 or emma.trenier@cappeu.com
