We believe that our work in enabling organisations and people to achieve their goals has corporate responsibility at its heart, and we also deliver and demonstrate our corporate responsibility in a number of other ways:

• We have a long-term partnership with Birmingham Children’s Hospital. This began with our support for the Children’s Heart Appeal, which was established to raise £2m for a state-of-the-art hybrid cardiac operating theatre. Capp pledged to raise at least £20,000 towards this Appeal – 1% of the Appeal total. We also support the BCH Fundraising Team through the delivery of pro bono team development support and consulting;
• We fund The Strengths Project in Kolkata, India, which is working with Shiriti slum and has established a women’s sewing co-operative;
• We have supported HOPEHIV since 2006, playing our part in helping them to achieve their mission of creating a Generation of Hope in Africa from children orphaned by HIV/AIDS;
• All of our employees have four Charity Days per year, that they are entitled to allocate to activities that will benefit the community;
• We act sustainably as environmental stewards in our purchasing, travel and supply decisions.
