Celine Jacques, BSc (Hons), MSc, CPsychol - Principal Psychologist

Celine Jacques is a Chartered Psychologist and Principal Psychologist at Capp. Celine specialises in graduate and senior selection and assessment, change intervention design and delivery, and performance management. She has led and managed large scale projects in a broad consultancy space, working with clients in the private and public sector. She is passionate about using positive psychology to help organisations and individuals thrive. Her clients include PwC, Asda, J.P. Morgan, HSBC, Kraft Foods, Sony Music, EU Commission and the MoD.

Celine holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick, an MSc with Distinction from Goldsmiths College and Level A and B Certificates in Psychometric Testing. She is a qualified user of the Hogan Personality Inventory, the Hogan Development Survey, the OPQ, the Saville Wave Styles, the Saville Wave 360, and the NEO P-IR. Celine is also half-French and a fluent French speaker.

She is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society and a Registered Practitioner of the Health Professionals Council. Celine has spoken at international conferences and has published articles in the conference journals of Security and Technology, Division of Occupational Psychology and International Military Testing Association. She has also appeared on the Discovery Channel, working with, and conducting personality profiling of, Olympic and sporting champions.
