Helen Stoker – BSc (Hons), MSc - Consulting Psychologist
Helen is a consulting psychologist at Capp. She delivers Capp consultancy research projects, examining strengths data for selection and development solutions. Helen is responsible for the development of the Realise2 technical manual, strengths-based product research and development and supporting project delivery across Capp’s four Advisory areas. Helen also manages projects evaluating the effectiveness of strengths-based solutions for various clients.
Helen acquired her experience in selection and assessment through her prior roles in consultancy and academia where she supported projects developing and evaluating selection processes, conducting a range of validation work and psychometric analyses. She has also supported projects designing bespoke measures, including situational judgment tests and developing client specific norm groups.
Helen has gained considerable experience in development initiatives, working on projects designing and evaluating leadership and career development programs. She is an experienced researcher and has supported dissemination of various research projects and conference presentations.
Helen holds a First Class BSc (Hons) Psychology degree from Cardiff University and a MSc (with Distinction) in Occupational Psychology from Aston University. She is a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and a registered BPS Graduate Member. Helen also holds the BPS Level A and B Certificate of Competence in Occupational and Personality Testing. Helen is currently completing her Chartered Occupational Psychologist qualification.
Helen’s strengths are Planful, Curiosity, Drive and Emotional Awareness which she demonstrates in delivering leading strengths research and exploring exciting new strengths-based solutions with clients and the Capp team.
