Kissa Mwenelupembe, BA (Hons), AVCE, GNVQInt – Office Manager/PA to Capp Directors
Kissa is Capp’s Office Manager and also a PA to the Directors. She works closely with the Directors and the consulting team by providing them with invaluable support in all areas of administration. You will probably speak to Kissa when calling the CAPP office and experience her award-winning customer service skills. Kissa also deals with point-of-contact product enquiries, including specifically Realise2 and the books published by Capp Press. She works hard to ensure that our clients receive a first class response to any queries, and overall manages the office to ensure that all internal processes are running smoothly and accurately.
Kissa holds a BA (Honours) in International Business from Coventry University. She also holds an AVCE Double Award in Business and a GNVQ Intermediate in Business. Kissa was awarded a distinction for her dissertation based on International Assignments. She has also received other awards, including the Jack Petchey Achievement Award, the Highest Level of Commitment Award and the Most Outstanding Student Award during her education.
Kissa has previously worked for a range of blue-chip organisations including Axa Sun Life, HSBC, Coventry University, Clinton Cards, and McDonald’s. She joined Capp to bring her superlative administrative and customer support skills to the Capp team in service of our vision of becoming a world leading Centre of Excellence, enabling organisations and people to achieve their goals.
