Trudy Bailey – Programmes Consultant
Trudy is Programmes Consultant at Capp, where she is responsible for the successful management and implementation of all Capp’s Programmes. She heads the programme strategy for Capp, in relation to both current and future programmes. Trudy is responsible for ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience. She takes care to ensure that each delegate experiences the Capp brand and Capp values, while also feeling confident and fully supported in using the Capp products. As all of our programmes are run virtually and face to face and as public and in-house options and Trudy takes pride in making sure whatever method you choose, a world class service is offered. Trudy is passionate about people and strengths and is known for her catch phase when asked about her work "I have the best job, I train people to love their work and life". In reality this means she supports the programmes by her attendance, ensuring effective delivery end-to-end and enhanced customer experience. As a Capp Coach, she also leads and facilitates on the flagship Realise2 Accreditation and Realise2 Team Accreditation Programmes, ensuring high quality delivery and offering guidance and insights into Realise2 coaching and goal setting. She brings much of this passion to life in delivering life changing one-2-one Strengths debriefs which see Trudy transporting her high energy and solution focused approaches to our clients with great results. Trudy is also a lead facilitator on our Women in Leadership Programme working globally to strengthen the performance of female leaders.
Trudy works with many of Capp’s clients in her role, including Aviva, Birmingham City Council, Cable & Wireless, Thomson Reuters, Unilever, ValueClick and Warwick Careers, supporting them with their programme strategies and their use of Realise2 across their organisations. Prior to joining Capp, Trudy worked for an occupational psychology consultancy, where she worked with clients including Transport for London and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Her project management experience has seen her work with large scale work with BP and Royal Mail.

She demonstrates these at Capp through her dedication to clients and her commitment to providing a world class programme offering in line with Capp's Vision. Trudy is always keen to make you feel individual and supported, to accept valuable feedback and thrives in demonstrating her confidence in knowing when to trust her Judgement. Trudy can also be seen demonstrating her talents for making people positively thrive in her hobby of being a qualified Massage Therapist!
