Trudy Bailey – Development Consultant
Trudy is a Development Consultant at Capp, where she is responsible for the successful development, management and implementation of all Capp’s Programmes. She heads the current and future programme strategy for Capp and is responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience. She ensures that each delegate experiences the Capp brand and Capp values and is fully supported as they develop their confidence and expertise in using our products.
Trudy is passionate about enabling people to make a difference. Through her expertise in Realise2 and her exceptional facilitation skills, Trudy delivers team development interventions for clients globally across all sectors, providing key insights that make a difference to the performance and well-being of teams. As a Capp Coach, she also leads and facilitates the flagship Realise2 and Realise2 Team Accreditation Programmes, ensuring high quality delivery, incorporating the benefits of her experience and insights into Realise2 coaching and goal setting. Based on her extensive experience of delivering strengths-based coaching in organisations and her passion for enabling individuals to make a difference, Trudy provides highly impactful one-2-one strengths debriefs, fostering a high energy and solution focused approach to our clients with great results. Trudy is also a lead facilitator on our Female Leaders Programme, working globally to strengthen the performance of female leaders.
Trudy works with many of Capp’s clients in her role, including Aviva, Birmingham City Council, Boehringer Ingleheim, Google, PwC, Thomson Reuters, Unilever, ValueClick and Warwick University supporting them with their development strategies and their use of Realise2 across their organisations. She enjoys facilitating strengths team sessions across all sectors, where she can use her Counterpoint! Trudy has been delivering occupational consultancy and coaching since 1999 and her previous clients have included Transport for London, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), BP and Royal Mail.
Trudy leads Capp’s global partnerships, successfully utilising her Realise2 strengths of Service, Judgement, Authenticity and Mission. She demonstrates these strengths continually at Capp through her dedication to clients and her commitment to providing world class programme offerings in line with Capp's Vision. Trudy is also Capp’s well-being leader and works with her Esteem Builder, Creativity and Humour to help build a fun working environment that adds to the team’s innovation and energy.
