Role Profiling and Job Analysis
: We provide the job analysis that defines exactly what it takes to be successful in the role, both now and going forward. We’ve profiled hundreds of roles across the public and private sectors, from entry level staff to senior management, helping organisations to see what they need for the future, rather than just what they depended on in the past.
Interviewing
: We design, develop and deliver strengths-based interviews. Based on our world-leading strengths assessment expertise, we provide the methodology that underpins the interview development, the scoring, and the selection of the strengths that are being assessed.
Assessment Centres
: A strengths-based interview gives great insights, but a full assessment centre is the gold standard for strengths-based assessment, providing the most robust assessment with the greatest validity. Our assessment centre design and delivery includes exercise and activity design, end-to-end project and logistics management, short-listing and selection criteria, marking guides, managing the “wash up” and ensuring best practice throughout.
Assessor Training
: You may well want to build your internal capability for delivering your assessment solution. Whether we deliver for you or enable you to do it for yourself, we want to leave you stronger. We train assessors in strengths awareness sessions, running strengths-based interviews, managing assessment centres, assessment marking and scoring, and delivering candidate briefings and feedback.
