How it Works

 

Our strengths assessment methodology is built on six steps:

  1. Define success: What does this person need to do in this role? When you know that, you have a much better chance of making the right decisions about them.

  2. Identify the strengths for success: When you know what’s needed, it’s far easier to know what strengths (or competencies, capabilities, skills, experiences, qualifications or values) are more likely to get you there.

  3. Design the assessment methodology: Whether it’s an assessment centre, interview, scenario role play, or psychometric assessment, we’ll design what you need. We’re not wedded to process, just to delivering you the right outcome.

  4. Train your assessors: The chances are, you’ll want to build your internal capability to keep your costs down and your expertise up. We embed our knowledge to leave you stronger.

  5. Deliver the assessment methodology: You might want us to deliver the assessment for you, or to use your internal resources to deliver it yourselves. We’re happy to do both.

  6. Quality assurance: At every step of the way, we work with you to keep things right. Based on best practice and extensive experience, we help ensure you stay on track.
