BAE Systems – Capp worked with the divisional leadership team of a £2.5bn business unit to embed strengths-based leadership through board facilitation, team and individual coaching. The project supported a major business and cultural transformation that was successfully delivered over 18 months. Read the case study here.

Boehringer Ingelheim – Capp worked with Boehringer Ingelheim to build the capability of the internal HR team to work as strengths-based partners to the business through a time of change and transition. Capp have also designed and delivered performance management toolkits and coaching toolkits for managers to use throughout the organisation. Read the case study here.
Cable & Wireless – Capp delivered an in-house Strengths Practitioner Programme to ensure that the learning and development team were skilled in delivering Realise2 debriefs and strengths coaching. The knowledge gained from this programme was also used to generate a suite of online intranet materials for internal staff.
Cisco – Capp introduced Realise2 and strengths-based practices as an intervention to develop women at Cisco as part of their Connected Women networking event.
The Co-operative – Capp partnered with the Co-operative as part of our Employee Engagement Forum, a research project where we focused on the question of “What engages the most highly engaged?”, and were able to identify the key factors that drive high engagement.
Co-operative Funeralcare – Capp worked with the management population of Co-operative Funeralcare to introduce strengths-based approaches, including a launch event at the annual leadership conference and strengths-based team development with the divisional boards. Read the case study here.

G4S – Capp delivered a strengths-based team development event for a divisional leadership team, helping them to improve team effectiveness and deploy their strengths more effectively against the corporate strategy.
GSK – Capp supports GSK with research and development in the use of positive psychology interventions, together with team development events for internal teams.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service – Capp designed and delivered the strengths-based recruitment process that was used for the attraction and selection of a specialist Community Risk Intelligence Analyst - a new role to HFRS and for which they had not recruited before – read the case study here.

imago Services, Loughborough University – Capp worked with imago Services on the design, development and implementation of a strengths-based performance management framework throughout the organisation, from cooks and cleaners through to the leadership team. Read the case study here.
Monsoon Accessorize – Capp delivered a strengths-based team development event for the senior leadership team, helping them to improve team effectiveness and delivery against strategy.
NAPP Pharmaceuticals – Capp has partnered with Napp to implement strengths-based approaches as part of individual, team and leadership interventions. Capp has also provided Realise2 debriefs and one-to-one coaching to Napp staff as well as strengths-based coaching events. Napp’s internal organisational development team have been instrumental in integrating strengths into many team events and successful programmes.
Skills Development Scotland – Capp worked with SDS to develop and deliver a special version of Realise2 Lite, which is fully integrated within the SDS My World of Work website, used to help the people of Scotland in identifying their strengths as they discover the roles and careers that are best suited to them.
Thomson Reuters – Capp worked with Thomson Reuters in developing and delivering a strengths methodology that has been applied to assess and develop talent within the business. Capp also delivered a strengths-based women and leadership programme for women seeking to develop their careers at Thomson Reuters.
Unilever – Capp worked with Unilever on numerous research and development projects across a range of areas including vitality, happiness, and pleasure, including the development of the Magnum PQ (Pleasure Quotient) Test, which was completed by 500,000 people around the world.
University of Warwick – Capp worked with the University of Warwick’s Student Careers and Skills department, to provide strengths-based career development and capability building for graduate careers advisers, together with enhanced employability for Warwick graduates through Realise2. Willow Foundation – Capp worked with the Willow Foundation on the evaluation of Willow Foundation’s Special Days activities, to demonstrate the value and benefit of Special Days for recipients and their families.
Capp worked with this client to deliver strengths-based organisation development across the entire organisation. This was delivered through team development sessions, training internal strengths coaches, and embedding the Realise2 assessment and framework within the performance management system.
Capp worked with this client to design, deliver and build capacity for ongoing transformation activity through a period of significant re-organisation. This included a major project delivering strengths-based interviews and assessment centres for future roles through the re-organisation.
Capp worked with this client to design and deliver a strengths-based interview and assessment centre process for a major re-organisation within an incredibly tight timescale.
