Programmes Q How do I book on to a programme? A Contact capp@cappeu.com specifying which programme and they will send you a booking form for completion. Once we receive this, we will confirm your place and ask for a deposit or balance if less than 4 weeks. Q I have taken Realise2 before, do I need to re-take it before the programme? A We advise that you have an uptodate Realise2 profile for the commencement as you will be coached on this. If you have one less than 3 months old, please use the code you will be sent to re-take Realise2. Q Are there discounts of Realise2 for Accredited Practitioners? A We believe Realise2 is competitively priced and therefore unable to offer discounts below 500 Profiles. Q What happens if I miss a remote session? A We record each session and in an emergency you can listen to the recording before the next session which gets sent around the same day. However, you cannot miss session 4 which is the Accreditation. Q How long will my homework take on the remore programme? A All remote sessions come complete with homework of approximately one hour each week. Q Do I have to attend a testing session for the web ex? A It is essential that this is carried out to avoid unnecessary delays to the programme with IT issues. Q Do I have to be accredited to use Realise2? A No. From the outset, Capp made a very conscious decision in developing Realise2 that we wanted it to be accessible to all so as not to restrict people from understanding their strengths in support of our mission of Strengthening the World. As such, we designed the tool so that it could be understood and applied by a reasonable person. There is, however, no question that people’s ability and experience in debriefing the tool is enhanced by working with an Accredited Practitioner.
Our Accreditation Programmes have been put together to give coaches, practitioners, and people working in HR and L&D the capability of using Realise2 to really leverage the results. Their greater experience helps them to make a valuable coaching contribution, and to work with the coachee in understanding and applying the 4M Model. It can also be rare for coaches to get feedback on their coaching styles and this is also a valuable part of the programme to ensure it remain strengths- and solution-focused at all times.
A good proportion of coaches on our programme will have been using or have used Realise2 before. We find that each and every one is amazed at the difference in their ability to coach positively and effectively following their learning from the programme and the difference the learning has made to their coaching and we often hear “If only I had done this earlier”.
Q Do I have to become an accredited Realise2 Team Practitioner to use the Team Profile? A Yes. In order to understand the Team Profile it its entirety and to be able to use the data effectively, our training is essential.
Q What does it mean to be an accredited Realise2 Practitioner? Who accredits the Realise2 programmes? A Being an accredited Realise2 Practitioner means that you have successfully completed the Realise2 Accreditation Programme, and so you have been accredited by Capp as being competent to work with the Realise2 Standard Profile and Premium Profile and to deliver Realise2 debriefs. A Log on to Realise2 and create a new account or log back in to your previous account (you can ask for password reminders). Q How do I purchase Realise2 for myself/colleague/team? A To purchase, please visit https://realise2.cappeu.com/4/login_public.asp and register as a new user or log in to your existing account and click on ‘Purchase Realise2’ if you already have an account. You will now be able to purchase the Realise2 Standard Profile or Realise2 Premium Profile either for yourself or a friend, or a block of uses for a group of people
Q How much does Realise2 cost?
Q What happens after I have purchased Realise2? A After you have purchased Realise2 you will receive a confirmation email that contains all the details you need to access your purchase. Upon returning to Realise2 from PayPal you will see a list of all your purchases, but sometimes you will have to wait a minute and refresh your browser for the latest purchase to show. If you have purchased Realise2 for someone else, you can copy and paste the code listed into an email or you can click on the blue rosette to download a pdf which you can pass to your friend. If you have made a multiple-use purchase the email you receive will contain all the details you need to administer it.
Q How long does Realise2 take to complete? A Realise2 takes around 20 minutes to complete in order to receive your automatic Standard Profile Report. You are subsequently able to go further if you want to generate your own Development Report and Personal Development Plan, which you can do simply by following the on-screen instructions included in Realise2.
Q What happens after I have completed Realise2? A You will see a link that states ‘My Realise2 Standard Profile (or Premium Profile)’. Once clicked, your profile will be generated automatically and you will have the option of viewing it in your browser, downloading it or emailing to yourself.
Q I have completed my Realise2 Standard Profile, but would like to upgrade it to a Realise2 Premium Profile. How do I do this? A Visit https://realise2.cappeu.com/4/login_public.asp and log into your account. Once logged in, click on ‘main menu’ and your Realise2 Standard Profile link will be shown. Next to the link, click ‘upgrade’. This will take you through to PayPal to make the payment. Once payment has been made, your Standard Profile will be upgraded automatically to a Premium Profile, therefore, you do not need to recomplete the assessment.
Q I would like to have a Premium Profile but I don’t want to base it on my previously completed Standard Profile, but rather on a new one. How do I do this? A You will need to complete Realise2 again but this time around, you should purchase a Realise2 Premium Profile instead of a Standard Profile.
Q I have just made a purchase for multiple uses of Realise2. Do I get different codes for each participant? A No you do not get different Realise2 codes, but only one with a number of uses allocated to it. For instance, if you have bought Realise2 for 5 people, you will have one code with 5 uses allocated to it.
Q I have the code to give out to my clients, how do I go about this? A Instructions are given to you in the email that you received after making the purchase.
Q How do my clients complete their profiles after I have given them the code? A They will use their email address and the code to access Realise2 assessment, on here https://realise2.cappeu.com/4/login_public.asp.
Q How do I receive notification of a client using my code I have sent to them? A To gain access to the adminstration of your purchase please contact capp@cappeu.com where you will be given an additional admin code where you can tick a box to automatically receive email notifications. Q Is it possible for me to top up my previous survey group that I set up under ‘multiple uses’ by 1? A Under Multiple Uses you can create a new code or add uses to an existing code but the minimum amount of uses is 2.
Q How do I purchase a team profile? A You will need to contact capp@cappeu.com and ask for the excel spreadsheet where you can administer the details. As before, the Realise2 Team Profile is only available to Accredited Realise2 Team Practitioners who have successfully completed our Realise2 Team Accreditation Programme, or as part of team development interventions delivered directly by Capp. Q I would like my clients not to see their reports after they have completed Realise2. How do I do this? A This can be configured on a per-code basis for multiple use purchases. Please contact capp@cappeu.com and they will configure your code appropriately.
Q I have bought Realise2 Gift Certificates for my client, but I don’t want them to view their reports after completion, since I would like to review it beforehand. Will you please sort this out for me? A Unfortunately, it will not be possible to put the block on their account for them not to be able to view their reports, as this does not apply to Gift certificates. The block only applies to reports bought under ‘multiple uses’. Gift Certificates are solely for the use of the recipient.
Q I want to be able to track who has completed their assessments under the multiple use code that I purchased online. Is this possible? A Yes this is possible. You will have received an email after you have made the purchase and this will have the administrator log in details that will enable you to do so. The password supplied in the email only allows you to see who has completed Realise2. If you would like access to the users’ reports and to be able to configure users’ access to their own reports, please contact capp@cappeu.com and we will provide you with a password.
Q Can I order through Capp rather than Paypal? A For orders in excess of 10 codes we can invoice you and send on a code to you (contact capp@cappeu.com) although it is quicker through our log in page above.
Using Realise2 Q My Realise2 Profile doesn’t feel like me A The validity and reliability of Realise is extremely robust so the results are accurate of how you answered the questions. It might be useful to think back to when you completed the Profile to see how you were feeling at the time and whether this along with recent experiences (good and not so good) could have had an impact on the results. Think about a time you last used this attribute and try to reflect on the energy behind this and motivation. We train Practitioners to interpret the results of Realise2 Profiles but if you are not entering into a coach relationship ask yourself the following questions to gain further understanding of your results:-
Q How many attributes should appear in each quadrant on the Standard Profile? A The results people have in each quadrant will vary according to responses but typically people will have up to 7 Realised Strengths & Unrealised Strengths, 4 Learned Behaviours & 3 Weaknesses in a standard profile. Where people have less than these figures, they have rated themselves lower in either performance (RS), energy (LB) or use (RS) or all three for Weaknesses. For example, only 3 Unrealised Strengths indicates for this person it is just these 3 attributes that they perform well in, have lots of energy but don’t get to use so they are either using the strengths they have (RS) or they lack the energy in the attributes but still perform well (LB) or indeed again could appear as a weakness. Just 1 Weakness would indicate they had only scored low on performance, energy & use on only 1 attribute and all other 59 would appear in the other quadrants. With a Premium Profile you get to see exactly where each attribute fits across the quadrants.
Q What does a * mean next to the one attribute that appears in the quadrant? A To see the asterix it means the user has not scored anything low or high enough to appear as a true Realised Strength, Learned Behaviour, Weakness or Unrealised Strength. Realise2 has given them the highest (or lowest) scoring attribute in that quadrant as opposed to a true Strength or Weakness. You will need to explore the context of this with your coachee and to see if they agree. It is worth asking them to think about the situation they were in when they took the tool to see if they were being particularly kind or hard on themselves.
