Extensive evidence for the reliability and validity of Realise2 is provided in the Realise2 Technical Manual. In summary, validity studies of Realise2 have so far been conducted with:

• Engagement (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale)
• Life satisfaction (Satisfaction with Life Scale)
• Organisational citizenship behaviours (Organisational Citizenship Behaviours Scale)
• Social desirability (Social Desirability Scale-17)

We are constantly running further Realise2 studies with our research collaborators at universities around the world. Further information of studies to be included in the Technical Manual and new research reports will be released as they become available.
