The Strengths Management Programme: We provide training for managers that enables them to have honest performance conversations with their teams as this is often the vital key to sustaining a high performance culture. The Strengths Management programme combines bite-size theory with lots of experiential practise, so that managers can understand the challenges they experience with feedback, as well as practising how to overcome them.
The Strengths Management Mobile Programme: We can provide you with the licence to use our strengths based performance management programme. Made up of seven self-supported modules that take 30-45 minutes to complete, managers can work at their own pace to improve their own performance management skills. Each module includes bite-size theory, best practice and inspirational ideas that will help managers motivate and manage their team to achieve great things.
