How does it work?

Role Mapping: We map strengths to roles using our proprietary strengths database of over 120 unique strengths. This database is the result of more than 100 years of collective experience of studying high performance in people and identifying the specific strengths and attributes that make that high performance possible.

Interview and Assessment Centre Design: Our assessment centres are designed to be authentic and enjoyable, allowing candidates to perform as naturally as possible. Our context specific exercises are designed by our team of Occupational Psychologists in accordance with best practice.

Validation: We want to recruit top performing candidates so we validate the strengths and their descriptors according to high performers in each role.

Assessor Training: We will train your assessor team to be fluent in strengths interviewing and strengthspotting.

Candidate Feedback: We see candidates self de-select when they realise they are not right for jobs, we also frequently see unsuccessful candidates changing direction on the basis of the strengths feedback we provide.
